I just love rib eye steaks! Gosh, so good and juicy. LOL. This was a pretty simple and filling breakfast. Had a 5.5oz rib eye and 2 over easy eggs made in coconut oil. I use the LouAnn's coconut oil from Walmart and there is no coconut taste. Perfect for eggs! LOL. I also had coffee with creamer.

For this breakfast: I ate a 1/4lb of a hamburger patty with a cheese slice along with 4 over easy eggs made in coconut oil. I also drank a cup of coffee with Nestle coffee creamer. Protein/Fats/Carbs= 50/44/17

Hi there!I know I have been only showing the breakfasts but if you do the protein between the 50-75grams and I most of the time, eat about 28 or less carbs in with that, then you should be good for that day, unless you overdo it for dinner. For instance for dinner, I eat taco salad until i'm full. Of course I don't eat the chips or starches or carbs. If you eat clean like that, then it is good. Sometimes I do overdo it and eat more than I am full and I gain about a pound the next day
Sorry, I have not posted more pics but I have really been eating the same BAB meals. Here is a New York thin strip steak with 2 over easy eggs in coconut oil and an avocado and a cup of coffee.

Hi! I try to get cheap foods because all this protein is so expensive. LOL. Well, as long as you get in the protein of 50-75g you are okay. Thankfully I can stomach all the food. And it holds me till dinner. LOL. This plate has 4 scrambled eggs with 2 Nathan all beef hot dogs, with a medium avocado and 3 Jimmy Dean pork sausage patties.
