- I lost much of my weight using a low calorie/low carb diet with strenuous exercise back in 2010. I hit a wall that has lasted for about a year and no diet or exercise has helped. Then, I did a round of HCG about 4 years ago and lost the weight I wanted. I have since gained much of it back due to an illness and being lax in my nutrition plan. I am hoping to reach my goal again and keep it off this time! Only 20 pounds to go.
