Ok I am so very excited! I think I have finally found out how to work the pound loss portion of the protocol for me (hopefully).
I lost 2.2# in one day. It is either what I am eating & drinking or the timing. Regardless of the reason I will try it again today, without the radish (I forgot the radish). I will have to double up on the lettuce today.
