    Hi MJ, regarding your post on the alopecia... I am sure everyone in the last 5 years has offered much advise etc., and you might be tired of hearing more, but I would not sleep if I didn't add to the pile. ONLY because I have SEEN with my own eyes people in your shoes get results with Chiropractic care. I am not joking, I worked for a DR. for 7 years and you would be amazed at what can happen once the nervous system is back to running at full capacity. I won't preach, but if you would like more info, let me know. Or just begin by reading Chiropractic 101. It changed what knew about "back doctors" and cured me of chronic headaches and TMJ so bad I could not open my mouth more than an inch for 3 years! My bosses wife had severe psoriasis and within 2 years she was completely free form any symptoms! So there is my two cents, if you have tried it all and have not tried that, what have you got to lose?

I'm baaack 😃! The last time I was here was 2012 around the summer. I had finally lost all the weight I felt I needed to lose and I am very happy to say that I have managed to stay within 5-10lbs of my LIW... So why am I here again?
- I intend to do one last round of 30 days. This is mostly to sculpt my body and to redevelop better eating habits during Phase 3... I have been horrible about eating healthy and sticking to a fitness routine :(
- This time around I intend to keep myself accountable through this forum even after P2 and P3...

***Below is the Bio I wrote this time 2 years ago... I am keeping it so that I can remember my state of mind.


I have been struggling with my weight for about 5 years now... if not more. I strongly believe it has taken this long because a) I luck long term motivation and I get bored very easily. b) I go through periods of ANNOYING laziness and depression that makes it hard to stay focused. HCG has been the ONLY weight loss solution that has worked for me and trust me when I say I have tried just about everything. This year, by my birthday in July, I want weight issues to be the last thing on my mind. I am tired of this self imposed misery/hole and I'm ready to come out and conquer the world.

I have been a long time lurker and have seen some really supportive folks on here. I intend to participate a lot more this time a round. Looking forward to chatting and venting ;)

WARNING (and apologies): Serious Rant Ahead:
I'm sorry I'm not in any better shape today... It seems my body doesn't want to leave the 160s.. On Sunday I had safely gone down to 158 and yesterday when there was no change in my weight, I wasn't as upset because I still had 16 days to go... This morning I woke up to a 160 on my scale! My Proposed Fitness Routine for Round 3...

I started my 3rd round of HCG on April 12th (3 days of loading) and below is my proposed fitness plan;

I did not exercise or do a whole lot of moving the first 2 weeks of P2 (week 2 ends today, April 27th, 2014), partly because I've had zero energy and motivation and also because I wasn't taking any supplements (too broke), except B12. I intend to add MSM soon for potassium and added nutrients. I have to mentally psych myself into some activity during VLCD...

I am planning to do this program either towards the end of my R3P3 or after completing P90X (beginning of Sept-October). In the meantime, I will sart regulating my sleep and meal times to get as close to those recommend for LR... I'm only 2 weeks in P2, so we'll see I have changed/stuck to my plan in a month or so...
