    Hi Angelina! Hey, what do you think if we start over on a thread and call it "Body Shapers" That way we can add our scales and other data that we can't add now in the group forum. I have an email into the admin people....but I think we are going to need to change to a thread. Also, have you heard from Rosey at all? I have left messages for her. Hope she is ok.

    Hi angelina900! do the goose on the rocks from the freezer with lemon wedge. It has not affected me other than feeling more "tipsey" with one than before. I think the hardest thing to do is to break bad habits in snacking. I used to snack on what i thought was good stuff like yogurt and nuts all the time. i of course am italian so the pasta is missed but i can get by. I actually did the atkins diet back in 04 prior to taking an assignment in sicily for 3 mths. did not loose the weight like i did in italy. with no freezers i was forced to buy and cook fresh everyday. the sauces in italy are all fresh no preservatives. they do not use butter at all. nor is their food fried. (some things are but not like the US) I ended up loosing 25pds eatting fresh everyday and walking everywhere...even bread!! so as i am nearing the end of my P2 and my instincts tell me "start canning my tomatoes and other vegies" have a great guilt free weekend!! u probably deserve it! "eat to live NOT live to eat!"

    I had another day with no loss. I am a little bummed, but not stopping now!! It is a struggle when you follow everything to the letter. But we can do this!!!

    I stayed the same today as well and feel I did not have enough to drink yesterday. I am also finding I need to be very careful with salt. I have been to Nassau twice, St Croix and St Thomas (2 week honeymoon) a cruise to all the Hawaiian Islands and Key West. Where do you snorkel in The Keys?
