Hi.I just started posting blogs now that I am in P3.I did keep and journal and will still keep it during P3 and P4.I lost around 19 pounds all together in a 30 day round.I don't think my loss was slow at all.Week 2 was the slowest loss out of the 4 weeks and then it started picking back up after that.If you have any other questions feel free to ask and good luck.

    Do you post any blogs? I saw you on one of the forums and was interested in your success. I just started R1 Ph2 on Tuesday, I started at 160 and would like to get down to 135. Beings you don't have much weight to lose do you find it a slower process?

Since I have posted a blog.I knew at the beginning I said that I would blog every day but you know how life is and how it gets in the way sometimes.I am on P4 day 9 and am only 1.8 above LDW and have been down and up between that with the exception of Thanksgiving of course.I was able to get back down within range with some corrections days and clean P3 eating.I am so thrilled that I know I am in control now of my weight and food instead of the opposite.I am trying to debate on whether or not I

I had a .2 gain on the scale this morning.Not sure if it from the almonds or maybe TOM around the corner(I seem to be saying that a lot don't I?)I am eating some almonds today and see what it says tomorrow and if all is clear I will be adding in pecans tomorrow.I love me some pecans and my neighbor has a pecan tree where I can get fresh ones.So,I am praying that I clear them lol.Nothing like a low carb pumpkin pie with pecan crust for Thanksgiving(yumm).My hubby and went out yesterday and got our

Oh my goodness I can't believe I only have 3 days left of P3.Wow that went by fast but I am ready to start introducing starchier foods back in to my diet.I plan on just doing starchier veggies first and then work from there.I feel like I am in a good place and my calorie intake is more than I would have ever though I could eat and maintain.I was only up .2 this morning and only 1 pound above LDW.With the help of some wonderful people I feel that if my weight goes up above the allowed 2 lbs then

This morning the scale was nice to me.I was down .6 putting me .8 above LDW.I am hoping tomorrow I will be down a little but I won't worry if I am not because I am stabilizing pretty well now.I can't believe that this is my week on P3.I am getting a little skeered lol.I have a great support system on this board and another one plus what I have here at home with my DH.My plan as I may have mentioned before that I am plan to stay on P3 for life and have once a week treats.I do plan on getting into
