Argentina, I am sorry kinda fell off the bandwagon for about a week been going through some stressful times but mixing up another batch and will be on to post and catch up. I hope everyone is doing well and losing weight and feeling great, I may have messed up but haven't given up.

I don't think I thanked you for your message and advise on trying a chiropractor. I have never hard of that nor have I been to one before. But I am willing to try Anything... like you said, what do I have to lose. And I believe at least a portion of it is covered by Healthcare. Either way I am going to check it out. Thank you very much indeed. Will let you know how it goes
