Hi,
I am doing well too, I am back in p2, round 4.
Down 75 pounds, If I hadn't of taken this protocol for granted I could be at 100 lb loss by now.
I still have a ways to go, 30 more pounds until I look decent. But I feel a whole lot better, from 301 to 225.

Hey there... That is great that you are half way. I am on day 2 of loading, and starting vlcd tomorrow. I'm way ready to start. I am going to cycle from here 3wk P2 3wk P3 3wk P2 etc... I think I will do better with that personally. I took pictures of myself in my undys for myself to look at as I go. Nobody else will see those...lol But I want to see.... So take more pics now...... I bet your last half is AMAZING!!!

Hey artsyfartsy. Saw your post on strong, skinny chicks. How is your hubby doing? Emotional eating is such a tranquilizer, I'm trying not to overdo it now. Got through my melanoma and heart scare ok, but watching my son suffer is really hard.
