I started at 189.0 and im now 178.0 but its been 18 days! Im told i should have lost more, not too encouraged ;(
Im reading alot of peoples posts and profiles that say they have gained the weight back even more weight, im scared that will happen to me!
Not as motivated as i was when i started, eating chicken every day is started to stink. im almost never hungry but i know i have got to eat atleast lunch and dinner... I wish i was a bit more motivated, im very emotional on hcg (just like a pregnant woman i guess)
So on the diet plan i must follow i am only allowed to eat chicken, white fish, shrimp, crab and lobster. The problom is i dislike fish very much! I dont want to only eat chicken twice a day for the next 41 days! any intresting recipes? I see that everyone on this forum has diffrent do's and dont's then my diet. Im only allowed to eat certain veggies or a salad with no dressing with my protein every night. I am on day 3 of P2 and i already started to feel as if im missing out on all the delicious
Last night for dinner i ate only HALF of a light ceaser grilled chicken salad, would that be considered cheating? i only ate half of it?
