  1. So i'm starting my 14 day Detox Sunday and then will be starting my 31 day phase 2 using HCG Elite =). I'm 5'9" 182lbs and want to get down to 130lbs. I'm extreamly excited and ready to lose the weight and get back down to my pre-pregnancy weight from before my 1st son. I am a little nervous about the food part since I'm cooking 3 meals a day for a family of 5 but I am ready to get to a healthier way of life =)

My name is Audrey and i am the luckiest most blessed woman alive i have 3 amazing childern who light my life in every way. My step son Michael born 04/08/07 my son Cameron born 12/13/08 and my daughter Avery born 05/21/11 are my reason for living. Ive been in a relationship with the most amazing man Christopher French since december of 07 and plan to spend the rest of my life with him, he is the most amazing father and some day he will be the most amazing husband i was blessed to find him <3. I live for my family life, i gave up being a kid at 17 when i got pregnant and i dont miss a thing. My parents are my heros and i hope to be as happy in my marriage as they are in theirs when im their age :). Ive lived in wyoming my entire life and love it here. Im a very laid back down to earth person but my head is in the clouds. I love to read and spend time outdoors i love camping and fishing and hiking and animals. Wanna know more just ask :D!

i don't think you ever realize how much you actually eat in one day even if it just a spoonful of pb while making ur kids lunch or a sip off a cup of juice you filled to full =/....im not hungry but i want to eat the last 2 hrs have definately felt like probably 5 hrs time is DRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNN NGGGGGGGGGG

is there any way i can split up my portion sizes just to spread my eating out through the day?

Woohoo so going from completely gourging myself yesterday and gaining 3.4lbs i woke up and was back down 3lbs =) which is 2 lbs under my start weight i haven't been overly hungry at all either im really excited about this actually working =) but i keep forgetting im doin this....i caught myself seconds away from taking a bite of my sons pb&j lol =) I had an apple for breakfast a melba toast as a snack and im eating turkey breast and a tomatoe for lunch right now...and it feels like its too

I haven't had that hard a time eating in a very very long time. On my 1st load day i went from 182.4 in the am to 185.6 in the pm. Upon waking on load day 2 I was down to 182.2 and after just weighing my self again im back at 185.6 so i guess that i gained 3.4lbs....Im also doing a full body cleanse for the next 9 days so i think that is helping me keep the weight from eating so much off. weighed in at 184.2 this am completely nude....at 182 this pm but my weight fluctuates a lot so lets see if it stays off during this 1st phase =)

p.s. for those of you wondering phase 1 is the full body detox a lot of people just skip it and think the load days are phase 1 but they are just the 1st two days of phase 2

Sooooo I'm beginning phase 1 tomorrow and then in 14 days i start phase 2 with the homeopathic drops, i'm 21 y/o 5' 9" 184lbs and want to get down to 130lbs. I'm planning on doing a 40 day round followed by a 31 day round. I want to go get my grocery shopping and meal planning all done before i start the VLCD so i had a few food and seasoning questions.... can i use franks red hot? and i heard mint wasn't allowed but then i saw a few recipes with it....also can anyone recommend soap/shampoo/conditioner/toothpaste/deodorant?
