Continued from below...I really loved the flax minute muffin last P3 but it didn't seem to help much in the area. The galette sounds good too. Do you think that would help? How much is too much? If you are at goal, how would you begin incorporating the Dukan diet? Would the pure protein day on the Dukan contribute to my problem?

Hi Audri, I've enjoyed your posts esp. about the Dukan diet and colon hydrotherapy. I have had trouble with constipation especially since HCG. I used Smooth Move tea at first, but after a few weeks(3-4) using it once, maybe twice a week, it didn't have the same effect. I used Calm for a month or 2, but no regularity. I was going 5-7days with no movement so I would keep increasing the Calm slowly which would eventually lead to diareha and then nothing. I ended up having several colonics to get some relief. I did feel better but it only seemed to move out "new stuff" and I'm sure that there's lots of backed up stuff in there. I then started doing Colonix. Heard of it? I am on my second month of the cleanse and detox. It seems to help but the only daily movements occured when I was on vacation last month in P4 and was having beer everyday and lots of rice with sushi. I think either the beer or "bulk" from the rice kept things moving.

Are you talking about the foundation and blush? That brand is Lorac. The foundation is oil-free, anti-aging and it is awesome.
