Yeah me too with the loading thing. I have also had the "head hunger" but better today (day 5). I'm down 12.8 so far. Working seems to help as I am so busy I don't have time to think about food! I'm R1P2D5 and I want to lose at least 30 this round and 100 over 2012. I'm so happy to be leaving some of these pounds here in 2011! One day at a time! I know we can do this!

I use to be a mom when my son was in color guard. That was a lot of fun!

2 of Phase 2 and I lost 3lbs!!Wow it's exciting to think that by this Saturday I could fit into my clothes better if I loose a total of 6 lbs in time to see family coming in from out of town. We're going out to dinner and I've already looked up the restaurants menu to figure out what I could have. I don't want to be the one sitting there with a glass of water in front of me.
I have the phone app hcg which helps me log and track my measurements, weight, food, water , excersice etc..
I love it, do you use that or a paper log?

Where do you live? I'm in California in a town called Paso Robles.
