Working out is great. No fatigue yet. I do one serving of egg white protein before and one after working out. My plan to make up the calories I burn in a workout is kinda scary so I'm not quite there. I have had Ezekiel bread, a very little bit, without a problem. How are things with you?

Hi barb, I dont believe so. I am from just north of birmingham and my husband is from Louisiana. My husband got a job on base here. We are about to move to Louisiana, so that my husband can go to med school.

You'll have that off in no time. My key this last round was to get my weight to 'stick' by staying in P2 for a while longer after reaching goal so that my body would get used to the new weight
