    Good to hear from you. I started R2 this week. Today is VLCD7 and I'm down 8 lbs. I was able to maintain my previous loss until the week before I started R2 where I gained 5 lbs... it's such a mind thing. Before that I was staying right about 180. Today I'm at 176.4. I'm hoping to lose another 20+ this round. DH is also doing it with me this time and it's been good and bad. Usually he does all of the cooking at home but now he looks to me to do it. Man he's grumpy too! Hoping for that to change soon.
    Who know's I may end up doing another short round with you in Oct. We'll see how this goes. I'm not sure how long I'm going to go this tijme, we'll see what my body says.
    Sad that the board it dead I had an area on another board where I posted my daily stats and I really liked that. Now it's back to my little book that I use. I'm looking to find some toher people around the forum but really liked the group we had... i'll keep looking. Take care! Nat

    Checking to see who's still around and noticed you are still checking in every now and then. I plan to start R2 this weekend and will start loading either Sat or Sun. DH is doing it with me this time! How have you been?

    Thanks for the msg and checking on me! I was down yesterday but back up .2 today. grrr (haha) I spent the entire day out yesterday walking around a huge mall and I come home to a gain. so weird. I can't wait to see the videos you found.

  6. down 10.2 - so that's positive but this weekend has been so hard...I'm always hungry...I started my load last Saturday and then started the vlcdays on Monday and while i"m at work I'm fine...very busy and I just stay in my "routine" - but this weekend was not fun...but it's almost over so that's good (thought I'd never say that about a weekend!!! lol) I've been grilling my meat in the Foreman (which is great) and doing braised cabbage or spinach with the Braggs - but I did start cutting up tomatoes and made a marinade of the Braggs and some sweetner (approved) - pour it over the tomatoes and let it sit at room temp for a while...it's good - and I did get bold and sliced some strawberries and then added a little water, sweetener, and the juice of half lemon. I stuck it in the freezer for about an hour and then put it in a blender and had my own little virgin strawberry daiquiri - it was really good...I'm hoping to get more creative - do you have any favorites? Can you inspire me?? lol

    Hi, thanks for the feedback. I am down 15.4 as of today. Either Hcg is magic or I need a new scale. Seriously, I am going to purchase a new scale just in case
    How about you? Any good recipes?
