Saw Dr. Today, she said they used to start people on 125 but found too many to be hungry so they now start at 150. She has said she feels I need to be upped not lowered. She said it’s ok for me to try either method. They prescribe phentermine and commends the fact that I don’t want to use it

Ok so far so good this morning... definitely not hungry like I’ve been. Mood better, a tad weak but I feel that is going to pass as well. Last few days by now I was watching the clock for the 4 hours to pass so I could have lunch. Slight growling on and off, but not feeling like I want to empty out the fridge as I have for the last 2 days all day long shortly after my injection. Sense of smell has become VERY increased. Anyone else experience that?

Thank you, I’ve been so confused as to which way to go because of feeling this way all day long. I was also afraid to skip not knowing how long hcg stays in your system. I’ll skip tomorrow and check back in at the end of the day. Today was 7th SQ day. I think from reading hunger all day or at night is too much, too little if hunger is in the morning. I actually think I feel a tad better when I first wake up and start with the hunger after my injection. Then it’s downhll for the rest of the day.
