I was weighing 278 lbs at one time but was able to get my weight to 250 lbs through yo-yo dieting. Obviously my weight would climb back up to 268 and I would bring it back down with the help of drugs (prescription) or strict dieting but 250 was the lowest I could get. Right now I'm on my last day of phase 2 and have lost 28 lbs from 250. That is incredible!!
