So I can't believe it's been 55 days since my last drop. I'm still holding in at my LDW, which is fantastic seeing as how I ate like a pig for 11 days straight on my vacation. Everything I ate was wrapped in some sort of breading or something...sheesh! And beer, there was lots and lots of that....I also picked up regular soda again but I don't drink it all the time....I just can't it's too sweet.

Although I haven't gained any weight back on since my LDW I have been feeling increasingly tired and sluggish again. I haven't had a drop since May 2nd and just the past couple of weeks I've been sleepy a lot. I think it has something to do with not eating veggies and fruits like I was when on HCG. I don't eat horrible, I just don't eat as good as I was then.
I guess it's time to put some green back in the diet 2 times a day! Apples too!

Well, I have to say that this HCG thing is something I would recommend to anyone. I have had GREAT success even while cheating (but I would recommend you stick with the plan).

Well, it's Friday and I'm officially off P3. I can't say that it was tough or that I stuck to the whole no sugars no starches rule either. I've been eating small amount of starches like bread and tortillas, rice and what not. I haven't had much sugar but I wasn't being **** about it either. I just didn't intentionally eat something like cake and brownies.
