    Thanks so much. Its so hard for me to be in the best "place" physically, mentally and until the bomb was dropped...emotionally than I have been in years. In the past I would hit the Ben and Jerry's and self medicate. No more. I deserve better. Hard to imagine starting over at 47 YO...kind of overwhelming!

    Hope all gets better..You are so sweet, so can't imagine anyone giving you a hard time..BTW, I HATE Roller Coasters and drama myself!

    My stall ended today after 10 days..I lost 3lbs..So now at R2 LIW, so may be a fight from here but I still have 13 more days until P3 to drop those 5lbs..So lets see if that happens!

    hey-o! I'm back! My man came home from his military duty and he is very distracting! I'm desperately searching for injections because I used to buy from Doyle and he apparently got shut down, on my birthday no less! I'm thinking i may have to do drops but the injections are easier for me.

I really never thought I'd blog. I mean, who the heck cares what I have to say? I think, though, that it's not so much about having an audience as perhaps journaling in the "modern way".
I will call it a learning experience, like so many other things.

My Dad passed away this last fall, after a long illness. He had a good almost-80 years, and then survived until 85. It was rough at the end. I miss him constantly-as he was in health, of course.
