I am doing the injections, I tried the drops about a year ago and only did it for like 3 days because our stove went out, I went back to the facility that gave me the drops and they said I needed to do injections now because that's all they use now. But I'm doing great today with the occasional craving (in my head). I've been down for a couple days though, but trying to hang in there and not let my emotions get the best of me. I want to lose 40 lbs. but if I lose 30 it would still be great and the smallest I've been since I had my 2nd child. I am already 1/4 of the way there so I'm gonna stick this thing out and hope I lose in all the right places. I started my VLCD the day after Easter and loaded that weekend. I don' think I loaded enough because I had it all planned and didn't eat half the crap I bought. How's it going for you?

It has a lot of information. P3 seems a little more intense and strict than P2 because you have to stay within 2 lbs of your LIW (I think that means Last Injection Weight) or LDW (Last Drops Weight). Are you doing injections or drops? I'm just hoping this goes well for me.
