About beSkinnybride
- Biography:
- Well lets do my weight biography..
I was always a bit overweight. When I was a child I was always a bit larger than the others, never obese, just a bit bigger. As a teen I was always a bit overweight too, I would loose weight and look great, but then just pick it up again.
At varsity I gained a lot in my first and second year and by mid second year I was over being fat. That started my first weight loss journey. Over the next 3 years I would loose a lot gain a little, loose a lot again, gain a little again. I got into training and exercise and by the end of my final year I had an amazing body. I was fit, thin and sculpted (I had a slight six pack)
I met my fiance just after varsity and before my first job, after 3 months we got engaged and moved in together and it was then that the weight started piling on! I went from 64 kg lean and mean to 114kg fat and flabby in a year!!!!!! SO scary right. Between then and now I have lost some, gained some, lost some, gain some....never even getting back to 80 kg.
SO now it is merely months before our wedding and I refuse to be fat at my wedding!

So I am done with day 37 on vlcd and I have lost a total of 36 pounds! I am very pleased with this number.
I have had a few mistakes and learning curves along the way which caused stalls etc, but I have sorted and figured out most of them! SO I am hoping for smooth sailing from here.
MY big issues where tomatoes....my body no like! I also got into stalls when my calories went to low and when I omitted my melba's. I focus on keeping my cals close to 500, go for mostly green

Halloooo all!
I havn't posted a blog in a while, but I thought I would give a update as to my progress after 30 days.
As you can see by my tracker I have lost..... 13.8kg (30.36 pounds) Wohooo! This was through TOM and Bronchitis (even with the medicines I had to take), so I am happy with that number.
It has been an interesting 30 days I will tell you. No hunger problems ever, feeling very energized still and not getting bored with the food. Cravings

Morning all!
SO this morning I had a small loss, but at least a loss. I am down 0.3 kg or 0.66 pounds. IT is a small one, but it's a loss and I am happy with that! My body is definitely adjusting after my first big week, besides that 98-99kg range has always been a "break through" area for me. Like a stubborn weight range. I am going to push through it! Got myself some apple cider vinegar, will have two tablespoons with water twice a day before meals.

Happy Monday everyone!
I hope everyone had a great weekend! I had a very productive weekend, to keep my mind of food that I cannot have, I occupy myself with some DIY. So I am not only loosing weight, I am getting things done.
HAd some good results for the end of week 1. Total loss for week 1 is 8kg or 17.6 pounds. I hope the next week also holds great results!
Interestingly enough, yesterday I didn't loose anything. I went to have my second session
