  1. Hi Beth. I am new to this site and sites like this. I stumbled across it from an hCG Search and found your list of diet foods. Great list, Thank you. I've been trying to figure out what "white fish" meant. Now, your list has provided me with several new options! Yea. I am on Round 2 of the hCG Diet. I lost 25.3 lbs on Round 1. My starting weight was 215.8. I was so excited when I saw that you were this weight and lost it in 3 Rounds of the hCG Diet. I was so certain that I would need 4 Rounds to get down to the 135 to put my weight within "Normal" limits. I just started another 40 day Round 2 diet. Do you have any tips for me? How long ago did you complete Round 3? What do you do to keep the weight away? How many calories do you currently consume daily? Oh, I almost forgot... My doctor also put me on the diet to see if the hCG might possibly help control my MS also. So far, so good. I am so glad I stumbled across your food list. Thanks again!

Hi Beth. I'm in West Seattle and haven't used purified water in diet yet because I've been told Seattle's water is some of nation's purest. I am on day 5 including load days and seem to be losing about a lb a day. Any thoughts on this?

    hi beth,
do you have experience with anyone that has gotten off hog and gained all of their weight - and more - back? After hog i gained all my weight back + 10 lbs more. I am working with a nutritionist and am on a 1200 calorie per day diet but I still gain and gain. I gained 6 lbs last week eating all whole, non-processed foods. I did cheat on the last few days of phase 3 thinking I was in the clear. Apparently I was not. Can you help me? Do you have any place to refer me to? I don't know where to go to help me stop gaining. I don't know where else to go or who to ask. Thank you

Hunger and dosing

by Beth_M on February 1st, 2012 at 03:23 PM
One thing I've learned over the last two years.. it's easier to recover quickly from too high of a dose than it is from too low of a dose. The level of hcg in your body is the average of the last 72 hours on homeopathic drops or pellets or the last 96 hours on RX injections or sublingual. If you feel a dose is too high, you can skip a few doses on hhcg or a day on rx and it comes back down. If it's too low, it's never a good idea to take a bunch more all at once. You have to do an increase

the potassium thing

by Beth_M on April 28th, 2011 at 02:12 PM
Okay.. the potassium thing.

Restaurant meals tend to be high in sodium. A lot of the gain (at least for me) after eating out I feel is from salt. Potassium taken in about the same level as sodium should keep some of the water retention at bay.

"kidneys respond to excess sodium by flushing it out in the urine. Unfortunately, this also removes potassium. If potassium levels are low, the body tries to hoard it, which also means hanging onto sodium. Water follows

P3 / P4 recommendations from someone

by Beth_M on April 6th, 2011 at 08:01 PM
Seems like there are lots of newbies who have just entered p3 or are going to soon. Here is a re-post of some guidelines that I found very helpful with my firstr p3:

P3 Basics and when to add foods:

Here's Some Basics for P3 posted a while back on the boards... I figured they might help you all as much as they're going to help me.

First, find out your calorie limit: Women that means 11 times your current weight, Men 12 times your current weight.
