hi i cannot figure out how to send a message to you but saw in the forum that you were knowledgeable about the real and fake hhcgs and that we could ask you questions about it. Well i purchased some off of facebook and only afterwards found this forum so i didnt realize that there were different name brands of hcg, different types of hcg or even that there were fake ones out there, I am finishing my first day of drops and fat loading today, I guess monday will be my first official day on the diet but could you tell me what you think as far as these being legit. The ingredient list does contain HCG and alcohol and I could type them out if you like. Thanks so much for your offer to help. http://www.hcgdiet.com/

This is my 1st homeopathic round and so we can compare results and see if there is a difference. Would be good to know!

last round was the 1st round you did rx hcg - do you think that made a difference as it was not like the other rounds in p3/p4?

I stabelized between 5-7lbs over, then went on holidays and put another 3.5 on, so I am 10lbs over my ldw so relossing some as well. I have friends that stabelize really well and they do not even have to watch what they eat in p4. They eat smaller portions than before, but it seems like they eat more than I can get away with. This is our 4th round together then. I would have started the same time as you, but that is when we left on holidays and I was not doing p2 on holidays. P3 I could get away with, but not p2. Sorry you had a tough time after the last round. I hope this one is our stabelizing round! Here's to us!

Beth how are you doing? It's been a while since you posted in Grammies main we got closed down! I miss your comments! I just started R4 and hope it will be my final round. Were you able to maintain when you hit your goal? I sure hope I can. I seem to stabelize over the 2lb mark every round, so I want to lose a little extra so I can stabelize around my goal. Hope your doing well. Take care. Thom

I was wondering if that was why you hadn't already tried it. I certainly don't want problem, but that seems to be the only way I lose but thinking of doing it on and off, mostly beef days broken up some here and there. But I want the losses. So many factors to consider it is hard to figure out especially when we end up having trouble in p3. I hope your losses pick up for you soon.

    Hey there Beth,

I wondering do you count your load wt or are you counting from your start wt? If it comes to it will you go back to all beef and nothing but the beef, lol?

    Hey Beth,

    long time no ...uh, talk...type...
I did my P3 and P4 thing. Goober that I am, I gained a good portion back. Nothing like learning by mistakes! > (
anyway, I inject in the am and forgot to this morning. Should I skip today and just inject tomorrow or inject as soon as I get home from work? It would be about 12 to 14 hours before my next injection-provided I don't forget again.
What may/may not complicate this is I was already experiementing with lowering my dosage. I'm R2D4. I noticed I was hungrier this time so yesterday I dropped from .55 to .53. I was going to do this for a couple of days and see if I was less hungry. Today I am less hungry than yesterday so I think that means I needed to drop it anyway.
    What do you think?

Hunger and dosing

by Beth_M on February 1st, 2012 at 03:23 PM
One thing I've learned over the last two years.. it's easier to recover quickly from too high of a dose than it is from too low of a dose. The level of hcg in your body is the average of the last 72 hours on homeopathic drops or pellets or the last 96 hours on RX injections or sublingual. If you feel a dose is too high, you can skip a few doses on hhcg or a day on rx and it comes back down. If it's too low, it's never a good idea to take a bunch more all at once. You have to do an increase

the potassium thing

Okay.. the potassium thing.

Restaurant meals tend to be high in sodium. A lot of the gain (at least for me) after eating out I feel is from salt. Potassium taken in about the same level as sodium should keep some of the water retention at bay.

"kidneys respond to excess sodium by flushing it out in the urine. Unfortunately, this also removes potassium. If potassium levels are low, the body tries to hoard it, which also means hanging onto sodium. Water follows

P3 / P4 recommendations from someone

Seems like there are lots of newbies who have just entered p3 or are going to soon. Here is a re-post of some guidelines that I found very helpful with my firstr p3:

P3 Basics and when to add foods:

Here's Some Basics for P3 posted a while back on the boards... I figured they might help you all as much as they're going to help me.

First, find out your calorie limit: Women that means 11 times your current weight, Men 12 times your current weight.
