    Hello Beth, yikes today is day 7 since I started that includes my 2 load days, and I didnt lose anything today? havent cheated being good following the protcol I was given. Do you think Im did something wrong? I've lost 9.4 pounds all together.

    I am really having a hard time figuring out whether or not my hcg drops are legit. There arent any reviews of them online. I am serious about this diet and would like to know so if they arent, I can purchase new ones without any lost time. Thanks for your help.     oh ok. yea i was on the atkins diet two weeks prior and didnt lose anything. And nomally i dont eat alot, my fat has just added up over the years.

    oh and yes ounces for homeopathic. im taking gfc health products and they recommend 10-15 drops 3x a day. i have 2 2oz bottles and am hoping its enough for the 40 days. im only on day 12 and am already done with more than half the first bottle. what is the average a person suppose to have for a 40 days with that kind of dose?

    I've been so grateful to you for sharing your journey and answering some of my questions in the HHCG lounge (way to get ahead and already have May up ). I thought I would ask you this way instead of on the forum in case you somehow might miss my question there with that awesome board of chatty helpful ladies

    I start P3 on Monday and I just started TOM. I know that I stalled while on my period during P2 and also gained about 2 pounds for a few days and I'm sure I will with this current period as well. So how will I know if my gain is truly a gain or if it's because of my period? Should I still do a steak day just to cover my bases?

    Thanks again for all that you do for all of us on here!

One thing I've learned over the last two years.. it's easier to recover quickly from too high of a dose than it is from too low of a dose. The level of hcg in your body is the average of the last 72 hours on homeopathic drops or pellets or the last 96 hours on RX injections or sublingual. If you feel a dose is too high, you can skip a few doses on hhcg or a day on rx and it comes back down. If it's too low, it's never a good idea to take a bunch more all at once. Okay.. the potassium thing.

Restaurant meals tend to be high in sodium. A lot of the gain (at least for me) after eating out I feel is from salt. Potassium taken in about the same level as sodium should keep some of the water retention at bay.
