Beth.. I looked into the site that you sent to me (hcg-drops.net) and I read that they are "Electromagnetically encoded HCG" and not homeopathic ?

On the website, the ingredients say:
Electromagnetically Encoded Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG) 3X, 6X, 12x, 30x, 60x plus Adrenal, Thyroid, and Fat Metabolizers in a Colloidal Minerals, Citric Acid and Purified Water Base - Our Plain Formula Contains No Alcohol and No Flavor.

It also stated that "Yavonae HCG is electromagnetically encoded to match the effects of homeopathic HCG, but does not contain human or animal hormone."

Does this mean that they do not contain HCG and that I should not buy these?
  2. Beth, Congratulations with your weight loss; you look FABULOUS!!!!! You've worked hard!! I am sure you have seen many changes in your life as a result of such a significant change.

Also, THANK YOU for your help and encouragement on the boards. You are a blessing and a true HCG vet.

    Hi Beth..
My name is Rachel and I have been researching HCG for awhile now but I have no clue which HCG drops (or shots) to buy and I saw that you have had great success with them. Can you tell me which ones do you use? And do they actually contain HCG? I have been desperately searching for the REAL HCG drops. Every site that I have been to says that they are not allowed to put the real HCG in their product anymore. Can you PLEASE direct me to a website or person who knows where I can buy drops that actually contain the HCG hormone?
    It is very much appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Rachel

She has a piece of light bread with butter, 1/2 cup fat free yogurt and a fruit for breakfast. Morning snack: protein shake and fruit; lunch: 2slices of light bread, 2/3 T light mayo, 1 oz chicken breast, 1 slice 2% cheese; afternoon snacks: 1/2 cup baby carrots, protein chips, protein shake; dinner: non-starchy vegetable, 1 bread serving (80-100 calories) and 4 oz lean meat.
That's it. What do you suggest? Thanks for your help,

    Beth,
My daughter and I started hcg homeopathic drops at the same time. We were religious about protocol. 21 days after loading, my daughter decided that she had had enough. She did 2 vlcd without drops and started a "high enery, low calorie" diet at the local diet center. That was 9 days ago. For the first week, she just maintained her weight. The past couple of days, though, she's started gaining. She's gained 3 pounds. I know now that she should have done P3 and P4 for a while but I hadn't found this forum at the time. She's only 14 and she's really discouraged. She's not even close to her goal. Please help me fix this mess. Do you know what she should do now? Thanks,
    Tammylayne

Hunger and dosing

by Beth_M on February 1st, 2012 at 03:23 PM
One thing I've learned over the last two years.. it's easier to recover quickly from too high of a dose than it is from too low of a dose. The level of hcg in your body is the average of the last 72 hours on homeopathic drops or pellets or the last 96 hours on RX injections or sublingual. If you feel a dose is too high, you can skip a few doses on hhcg or a day on rx and it comes back down. If it's too low, it's never a good idea to take a bunch more all at once. You have to do an increase

the potassium thing

by Beth_M on April 28th, 2011 at 02:12 PM
Okay.. the potassium thing.

Restaurant meals tend to be high in sodium. A lot of the gain (at least for me) after eating out I feel is from salt. Potassium taken in about the same level as sodium should keep some of the water retention at bay.

"kidneys respond to excess sodium by flushing it out in the urine. Unfortunately, this also removes potassium. If potassium levels are low, the body tries to hoard it, which also means hanging onto sodium. Water follows

P3 / P4 recommendations from someone

by Beth_M on April 6th, 2011 at 08:01 PM
Seems like there are lots of newbies who have just entered p3 or are going to soon. Here is a re-post of some guidelines that I found very helpful with my firstr p3:

P3 Basics and when to add foods:

Here's Some Basics for P3 posted a while back on the boards... I figured they might help you all as much as they're going to help me.

First, find out your calorie limit: Women that means 11 times your current weight, Men 12 times your current weight.
