  3. Hi Beth, You have helped me in the past with this question. I need to know the best and most reasonable site to order the real HCG.. I have been off since Oct of 2011 and need to get back to my diet. The site I had been getting them from does not come up anymore. I was doing the drops and have tried the pellets. What do you suggest. I also was taking the bovine thyroid capsulets because someone said I may have a sluggish thyroid. Do you know of anything that I may need to take for this also.     Thank you for all of the help you've provided in the past. I'm thinking of doing a third (and last) round of HCG, but the site where I used to get my hhcg does not sell it anymore! Do you have suggestions for a trusted manufacturer of hhcg drops? Thanks!

    Hi Beth, Just wondering if you have heard of anyone having gall bladder surgery and then how long they wait to start the hcg diet? My surgery was 4 weeks ago and i am feeling antsy about getting the last 30 lbs off......

One thing I've learned over the last two years.. it's easier to recover quickly from too high of a dose than it is from too low of a dose. The level of hcg in your body is the average of the last 72 hours on homeopathic drops or pellets or the last 96 hours on RX injections or sublingual. If you feel a dose is too high, you can skip a few doses on hhcg or a day on rx and it comes back down. If it's too low, it's never a good idea to take a bunch more all at once. Okay.. the potassium thing.

Restaurant meals tend to be high in sodium. A lot of the gain (at least for me) after eating out I feel is from salt. Potassium taken in about the same level as sodium should keep some of the water retention at bay.
