    How's it going? I'm supposed to be starting p3 on Monday, but since I'm not at my goal I've decided to extend my round until I run out of drops so I don't have to do another round.
  2. I am taking potassium chelate 99 mg potency and also drinking 2 Glaceau vitamin water ZERO each day. I know it's bad to do short rounds but I am trying to do a 14 day round. Confession time.......drum roll please......I ate deep fried egg plant today. BUT with no marinara sauce.... BUT I walked all morning at an "Starving Artist" show here in Milwaukee WI. (it was HOT temp wise) I actually left my house at 9:45, ate my tomato with Tony C on it, and chicken lettuce wrap (with natural salsa - tiny bit) before I left because I didn't want to cheat. But then I ate that and grilled shrimp that were soo yummy. And tons of water. Tune in to see if I gain tomorrow. I think I will be okay because I ate way early in the AM and the eggplant was at about 3:00 and now I am just drinking water all night. My friend told me to buy at GNC Womens Ultra Mega Active dietary suppliments. They come in 30 mini packs of daily vitimans. I just havent' done that yet.

    Haven't tried that seasoning, but I will. I must say I am getting tired of eating the same things all the time and I am ready for some breakfast YUMMY

    Hello That sounds Like a GREAT idea I would LOVE to share ideas. I will tell you I get to start phase 3 next week and I am so excited!!!! Eating WW style will feel like I am feasting comapred to how I have been eating in phase 2. So did you add starches and carbs back at all during phase 3?? My results so far a very good I am on day 21 today. I am only doing the 26 day cycle this time because I am having back surgery next Thursday. I will say I have at least 80 punds left to lose. I think I am going to stick to WW for good after this round. I may consider doing just one more round. How much did you lose on the first round??

    Today was a much better day. I lost .6, so that helped. I've come to the realization that if I don't reach my goal by the time I'm scheduled to end my round I'm just going to extend it to 40 days. Now that I've made this decision I feel much less pressure to have my scale move so quickly! But I'm still scared to death every morning to see what the scale has in store for me for the day.

    I know what you mean by chatting with HCG ppl. My friends (including DH) just don't understand the concept, so it's quite nice to know that I can turn to this forum and find ppl that know exactly what I'm going thru and have encouraging things to say. So how was your first round. How much did you lose?

    Yeah- You get use to the website after awhile. If you go under forums, there is a thread to post questions and you will get answers. I spend most of my time on the homeopathic thread because that is what I take. Grammy and mgsdance answer most of the real HCG questions. Go under the Newcomers forum and you can get answers pretty quick. I did that in the beginning. It sounds like things are going better for you so that is really good.

    Hi- I got your message. I am on maintenance and going back on in mid- June. Are you on RX or homeopathic? It is ok to be a hungry for a few days but after that, it means you need an dose adjustment. Did you gain on load days? Usually you loose right away. Have you now?

Well, the 2 days of loading were fun. All my friends are laughing at me. They can't believe I am doing this. I ate everything I know was bad for me. I did cut back on empty calories but ate tons of fat. Ice cream, donuts, Saugage McMuffin, Qdoba with Gauc, Extra Cheese Pizza, Milk......

I was pretty hungry on my first VLCD yesterday but not dizzy. I think I was more excited than hungry.
