I did HCG 2yrs ago and lost about 40!bs in 2 1/2 rounds. This site was jumping and I could always log in and find new and refreshing information to encourage my success. It was at the beginning of the year as well....does anyone know why it's nit to active anymore? Just wondering!

I'm 8 weeks post-op and starting R3 loading on Friday.
I've gained about 6 pounds since R2 (mostly during my recovery) and ready to continue my weight-loss journey.

Ok, so today is VLCD 1 for me and so far so good! I came up with a little trick that's been working. Whenever the thought to snack or cheat enters my mind, I write it down to eat later. So far, I have caramel frappachino, sangria and of course ice cream! That's it!
Has anyone used chia seeds before. I've been adding them to my smoothies after reading about the huge benefits. I actually enjoy the texture. I will be checking in more often while on P2.

I was scheduled to start loading today for R2. Just as soon as I picked up my HGC....TOM shows up!
The last round I stopped injections during my heaviest days because it caused severe cramps. I was o ready to start loading today and over the weekend, does anyone see any issues with starting my load days without injections? Here is what I'm thinking:
Load today 1 and tomorrow 2(no injections)
Load day 3 (injection)
Begin VLCD (injections)
