Wt: 192.4 lbs; Waist: 41"; Hips: 44"
BMI 31-ish
VCLD Day 1-started 01/09/12
Goal: ~70 lbs. (long term)

Round 1 goal is to lose/ "release" 25-30 lbs.

Yes, it was crazy yesterday. So weird how it always works out for me when it rains. I got Downtown about 6:30 and then my bf sent me a pic of Hwy 90 and Grand Parkway...totally under water!! I did not have flooding in my neighborhood, streets were fine, made it home no problem. When I got to my car at the Park n Ride, I could see the water got up about 5 inches in the parking lot. Yikes! So glad it stopped in time before you had any damage to your home. My bf house had the same prob, water right up to the door. Scary! Hope you don't have to much mess to clean up!

any way...my weight is 235.4 I have lost 14.6 from morning of VLCD1. But, STILL have not gotten below my LDW from R1 (235). OMG!!!!! Between the weight i put on during Christmas and loading, I feel like its taking for EVER for the "untampered" weight to come off. UGH!
I will stop venting now and re-focus. (4 deep breaths) OK, now I'm good.
