Hi, BlueTechSeeker! I loaded yesterday and today. Tomorrow is VLC Day 1. Looks like you did a round this summer. Hope you survived the holidays! Happy New Year!

You will laugh at me... I started my hCG calendar on the wrong date.. I was one day off.... I was transferring numbers from a 3X5 card into the Excel spreadsheet and was having a heck of a time tracking to get it right... I mean, there's the first two days loading, but then we go to 500 calories. Anyway, now I MUST go back and find the weight that is missing. It won't matter all the much in the total weigh loss, but I want to see how much lost in Week One, then Week Two, and so on.... <not counting loading days---especially since I didn't gain any!> See how I am? I drive myself crazy sometimes!

Get well! I've experienced sinus infections and didn't even realize I had sinus issues going on! Argh. Sometimes I think I'm having a crown issue and it turns out to really be a sinus issue. I guess my sinuses come down low (and can affect teeth).

I haven't been terribly hungry today either except for this morning when I first got up. I drank water, and then coffee, and didn't eat the apple until about 11:30! And I woke up around 6am or so... I know... it's Saturday. Why wake up so early? Anyway, ate lunch because it's what I do and just finished dinner at 8:30! Very late, I know.

Hi, Carry. Stanley is a salt & pepper schnauzer, and is 13 pounds of pure energy right now! My first schnauzer, Walther, was white and basically a couch potatoe unless he seen a squirrel! The two are on opposite ends of the spectrum. But, I totally adore the little guy and look forward to a lot of time with him. He's almost six months old, so still does a ton of puppy stuff which is a riot anyway

Good luck to you, too. I'm sure you will be amazed at your results if you stick to protocol. I'm in the 140's this morning, whoot whoot!! Below LIW, and heading south of that every day. Yay!!

I wish this was kind of like facebook & I could see pictures of Stanley. My first dog was a miniature schnauzer named Brody. I had him for almost 16 years.
