So I'm on day22 and have not cheated at all, until tonight that is. I cracked and ate ten chicken wings, five French. Fries and 5 onion rings. I honestly feel sick, it wasn't worth it and now I'm worried I've botched my results. Tomorrow is my last day and then it's 48 hours with out the drops and onto p3 wednesday but I feel I messed things up...what do I do?
Okay so it's day two of fat loading and to be honest I'm really looking forward to being two weeks into the vlcd! I know this time through I will follow phase 3 and 4!
Is there any guy reading this that has lost 30 lbs in 28 days? If I loose this 30 I will be at my goal weight finally! I'm really looking forward to this, and using this blog forum to help me and others.
