Hey, what's new? Just checking in. I think I'm going to transition to P3 next week--maybe Monday, or Tuesday I'll quit the drops. My TOM finally kicked in and I feel pretty crappy, but I'm going to ride it out and see what happens on the other side before I quit the drops. It's not easy, but the cocoa crack is helping. How are you doing?

One other thing...I guess I'm going rogue, but I'm trying some things since it is my last week, wondering if I might trigger a bigger loss?? I guess I'll either do that, or stall terribly. We'll see! I had read on the Forums about some people having success with Body Fortress Whey Protein Powder. They sell it at Walmart; $15 for a huge container. It's low-carb...anyway, I bought the Cookies and Cream flavor today and put it in hot coffee for lunch (blended it in the blender), and it tasted fabulous. Totally got my chocolate craving. It had 25 grams of protein in that drink! Of course, it was my lunch replacement. I'll let you know what tomorrow brings on the scale, but for now I'm liking it!

I really miss cheese, too...well, I miss fat in general. It's not easy, but it will be so worth it in the end. I know this isn't on-protocol, but I've been reading about some people who do a little coconut oil on P2 without it impacting their losses. It's a little risk, but making "cocoa crack" helped me to resist going hog-wild on bad food recently. It was just a taste of chocolate and fat to keep me going, and I didn't gain or stall after it. It's kind of good for TOM cravings. Here's what I did: 1 T unsweetened cocoa powder, 1T coconut oil, sweetener to taste (stevia or sweet & low). Melt it in the microwave and then put it in the freezer on a paper plate or wax paper. It hardens quickly, you can peel it off and eat it. Tastes like a candy bar or fudge. Really good. Hope today gets better for you!

I'm sorry you are having a rough time, girl! This really isn't easy, and some days it is just down right terrible. But you have done great losing, even though it has been stalling these last two days. If it helps at all, I basically stayed the same from Friday to Tuesday, and am just now seeing some little losses again--about .5 each day. It's not great, but it's more than I would do without HCG. Adding the TOM into the mix really screws everything, too. But, I have read where some continue to lose during it. You may stall for a couple of days and then WOOSH. Also, you are probably losing inches even if the scale is staying the same. I'm now remembering I had another three day stall during Week 2 or 3 and then lost 2.5 in one night.

ugh. I want to give up. I'm struggling so bad. No loss in two days. Fair is in town. Somebody just kill me and get it over with.

I'm totally cranky so I guess TOM is around the corner. Hopefully that explains my stabilization. I'm gonna do some investigating and see what others do during TOM. Hopefully cheesburgers are allowed. I'm so done with this. 30 more pounds is a long time to try to stay with it. But if I can get through TOM without cheating I'll stay with it. TOM is crucial for me. I eat the ENTIRE time. I miss cheese. BAD.

2.2 over the weekend is great, but I totally understand about wanting people to notice. I've lost 18 freaking pounds and I was out around large groups of friends and acquaintances twice this weekend, and only one person mentioned it. I guess it just feels so huge to us, because we are sacrificing a lot, every moment. But I think we just have to keep giving ourselves the positive self-talk, as hokey as that sounds! Plus, we can come here to vent and get encouragement. By the way, 15 pounds is excellent. How long have you been doing this? I seem to be slowing down at the moment...thanks to my royal cheat on Friday. Sigh...but I just don't want to quit yet, even though I'm on Day 29 or 30...I've lost count. I'd really love to make it to goal. Anyway, thanks for checking in...hang in there. You will reap the rewards for this!

I'm soooooo angry!!!! I don't understand how I have lost 15 pounds and I ONLY see results in my rear end and my arms. I'm soooo pissed that my pants dont fit differently and that my tshirts fit the same except in my arms and I know I shouldn't be upset but DAMNIT!! (sorry for my cussing...lol) My sister is looking sooooo skinny and great and I'm soooo irritated that NOBODY has even mentioned that it looks like Im losing weight. Any tips???

Anyway, I hope you had a good day today. I'm always interested to hear how things are going for you, but, again, please never feel like you MUST check-in. I'll let you know if I try more of the Walden's stuff. So far, I'm sticking with just Chipotle Ranch. I'm kind of afraid of the sweet ones!!!

Oh, please never worry one bit about not getting back to me or checking in! I just tend to check in every day because it helps me to stay focused. I feel like I'm always one step from blowing it, so I need to keep my head in the game daily! Crazy that you had a cheat, too....I had been so strong for so long, not even little nibbles of anything, so the cheat felt major, but I'm hoping the loss will continue next week. It's great that you were already down 1.2 today...I guess for some a cheat isn't the end of the world on P2, but I know it is essential to be totally ON with Phase 3, so I have to get myself ready for that mentally. That's why I'm going to stay on P2 a little longer. That, plus, I'd love to see the lower 150s! That's a comfortable weight for me as I recall....
