Starting Round Two

I am back for round two. My last weigh-in was 150.8 back in August. I've stayed within two pounds of that since! Actually, on my first loading day, my weight was exactly 150.8. Even through the holidays I managed to keep it together -- lots of protein and few carbs most of the time. I'd like to lose about 10 pounds this time -- ending up around 140.

Here is where I'll keep track of progress this time, I guess.

VLCD7 - Down 0.2 Pounds

Yesterday, everything was messed up -- my husband came home from work at noon, we camped with friends -- but I stayed on track for the most part.

Breakfast: Tea, Strawberry slush (think it was more than just one serving oops)
Snack: Melba pizza
Lunch: Lean hamburger in tomato sauce with a bit of parmesan cheese

I wasn't sure what to expect on the scale this morning. I went to Cedar Point yesterday, so I walked a lot more than I have been lately. I was very good not giving in to temptation there (my daughter had fries and a huge Pepsi -- we'd normally share). I only had a lick or two of ketchup that got on my fingers helping her out.
