round 2 AGAIN

Hi,
I have a few questions. I am starting round 2 for the millionth time but while I was off living life I got really into making some smoothies for breakfast.
They included the followng:

frozen berries
coconut water
dandelion tincture drops
maca
macha green tea
spirulina
spinach or kale
chia seeds
and some natural sweetner
I used to add almond butter but I know that i can't now.

OMG Why is the 2nd round so hard!?!?

I have stopped and started about 5 times in the last 6 months and now have no choice but to stick to it because I love my clothes and want them to fit better like they did 15lbs ago-ugh!

Anyone know why 2nd time is so difficult? I am on day 2 of pellets and already want to throw in the towel, however, I know that if I make it to next Tuesday, I will already feel and look lighter and will continue- words of encouragement and stories of the like are WELCOME

exercise

Has anyone worked out hard on hcg? I am doing a boot camp type of thing called refine www.refinemethod.com and want to know if exercise really does mess this up. I always work out- spin and pilates are my go to but I want a change and want to see my muscles more..any thoughts?
