Sorry if u can't understand that post im typing from my phone which sometimes has a mind if its own.....lol

Hey it was good i should of eaten befirei left because like all things military it was hurryand wait..lol we didn't eat dinner til 8pm. I did good yesterday i was i tad bit hungry prolly a 5 or 6 i did eat 3 melba toasts through out the day but i lost 4 lbs which is what I gained loading. Today I am less hungry today so that's good. Yesterday i cooked alot and place portions in ziploc bags with the amount and calories so hopefully that will make things easier this week since i start school. Are you doing organic? I'm doing our proteins and shampoos organic as well as some fruits/ veggies. But with feeding 5 people it gets pricey and i would rather the kids have organic snacks milk etc... I would love to get to all organic but not til my budget allows for it..lol

Hey lady! How was your military gig? I was hungry too... about a 6 on a scale of 1-10 BUT, I'm down 4.5 today so... can't complain about that. I feel less hungry this morning, we'll see how today goes. How are YOU doing?
