Today I am starting P2, and for the first time im using injections instead of the homeopathic drops. The drops have always worked for me in the past, as long I actually put in the work, but I decided to cough up the dough and give the prescription a chance for a couple of reasons. To a lesser extent, homeopathic drops are harder to get online now and I didn't feel like taking a gamble on someplace new. Also, my schedule has become so hectic now compared to when I first started HCG that I just can't
Hello there,
This is going to be a long one so buckle in!
When I wake up on Saturday, I will start attempt number 376 at P1. I'm committed, but I'm not happy about it. I'll get over that.
Some background:
After loosing almost 100 lbs 7 years ago and keeping most of it off for 5 years, the last 2.5 years have seen a series of transitions, life, family and career stresses (including a major surgery) that led to me gaining about 60lbs. In the past two years
So I've been in P3 for a few days, and it was going ok until a drastic upswing right before TOM. I've decided to take it day by day until it passes because lately I've been in no mood, and especially not to correct. I'm not sure if it has been posted here already, but for fellow P3'ers this is the quickest tastiest nut bread I have found. It taste exactly like wheat bread when I added a pinch of salt and used 1 tablespoon bacon fat and 1 tablespoon coconut oil. It literally takes about 5 minutes
I'm doing another quick round to get things back in order after Christmas. I didn't actually gain permanent weight I was just correcting more often than I would have liked. Loading I went from 118 to 128.6, p2 started on Monday, and as of this morning I weighed 115.6. I lose 2.8 last night after quite a few rum and diet cokes. The dehydration has given me a raging hangover unfortunately, and idk if the weight will stick. But my goal is 115. So I'm doubling my portions for the next week. I really
Things have been going really well for me after doing the last round, which is great. I'm only correcting once or twice a week, and I'm only ever a few ounces out of range. Today I'm 0.4 below ldw and I've added starches, I actually lost 1.4 after a night of drinks which is really interesting. But this is just an update that stabilizing seems possible for me now.
