Not on very much lately. Son is moved in with us and rest of family arriving Wednesday and moving in across the street and son moving out. Been hectic. Waiting to start another round after things settle down. How are you doing? And where is your new profile pic????

    Caressa,

You think Wasa will be okay with me putting the Wasa layout on the sheet? I am kind of nervous if it might make her life harder versus easier... What if her PM jump from 45 a day to like 65 a day... what do you think?

Got a question! Per the forum mixing instructions I should mix 3ml/cc of bac water plus the whole vial of 2000iu hucog and draw to .35 for a dose of 175iu. That just doesn't seem like as much bac water compared to 5000iu mixed with 9 or 10 ml/cc. Do you know if this is right?

Would love to join you guys for lunch and a mixing party! I'll be mixing this Friday and my husband is starting to load Sat and Sun this weekend so he will be on P2 with me. If you want to meet in a home you are welcome to come here and bring your own foods or do some kind of potluck. My home isn't too large or childproof (rather people get sitters) but it's clean and we can spill out onto the patio if needed. A restaurant somewhere is fine with me too! I don't know which thread unless we use the same one as before?

Gonna Get Wasafied? What's a Wasa Outline?

by caressa on April 18th, 2011 at 05:52 PM
So, you may be embarking on a new relationship with the Queen Tweakmaster, Wasa4. How exciting! It's a fun journey for sure. Wasa likes a clear, concise outline of daily output, foods consumed, times the food was consumed and water/liquid intake, so she can easily look it over and make recommendations tailored specifically for YOU.

Here's an example of the outline style Wasa prefers:

3/9 - 192. BM in morn. 1 cup coffee. ~5.5oz filet mignon in intervals

Mixing Instructions for HUCOG for SubQ Injections

by caressa on March 15th, 2011 at 08:55 AM
When mixing HUCOG, there's LOTS of mixing instructions floating around on the internet. I got the recipe below from a veteran of HUCOG and have always had great results from this method:

Here's an "introduction" from Grammy as to why she instructs hcg'ers to mix this way:

"There are a lot of recipes out there. Linda Lou and I were noticing that people who mixed with a very small amount of water seemed to have more trouble with hunger. My first two rounds
