    Carol my biggest problem all my life has been sabatoging myself. If I slipped up during the day well the whole day, heck the whole week was shot! Not anymore. Just keep on pluggin away. Every ounce is closer to a new you!

    Carol,

    your aches and pains may be a lack of Magnesium. or Potassium. go to a site, Grammies Groupies, P2 and ask her. She is amazing! I had that last time too and started taking Magnesium and Calcium at night before I go to bed. I take meds in the morning that they would interfere with so I have to take it at night. I don't use it every day, but about 3 - 4 times per week. I was getting charley horses in my feet. It seemed to help.
    Beth, Grammie, or mysondance all have awesome helps. Go ask.
    Good luck friend. Hang in there. I promise it's worth it.

R2/P2 - Day 9 - 06/06/11

I finished the 1st week with -7.2lbs. I am pretty sure it could have been more off but we worked on our yard Saturday & Sunday and I am all sore today so know that did it. I did not weigh in Saturday cause I woke up later and Sunday cause it was much earlier. We worked Saturday evening, which was not as bad and then yesterday from 7am-11:30am, then rested, then back from 6pm - 9'ishpm. We work all the time at the business & barely have any time for anything else. Now we want to put

R2/P2 again!

I skipped P4 against all that the manuscript says on the 1st round but I am too desperate to keep on losing. I did 14days of P3 and then started again in P2. Is a mental game now, cause I am missing the cheese, the avocadoes, the bigger portions, etc... But I HAVE to do this..... Is either this or going back to obesity and I am NOT going back to that if I can help it, NO, NOT ever again...

Finished P3 at 265.6 (was 266.4 at the end of P2), loaded for almost 3 days cause I am using

Thursday 05/05/11 - Woke up to -2!

It seems eating chicken & seafood (shrimp or crablegs) is really working. Too bad I figured this out now when I am almost done but at least I did & now I know for my next round. I LOVE read meat but I guess will leave those for now for a mini steak day or something like that.

Went on a mini trip this past weekend to meet my bff (since 2nd grade) and it turned out much easier than I thought and I even got the best compliment

04/29/2011 - Woke up to -2.4

This week has been crazy, tried the grassinis & couldn't just eat one & ended up gaining 3lbs between too much protein one day & the dang grassinis. Was in a stall before then the gain, si yesterday I had:
Breakfast - Coffee
Snack - 1/2 apple
Lunch - chicken & tomato
Late snack - apple
Dinner - more chicken & tomato
It seems it work since I dropped -2.4 although still not the whole 3lbs I had

04/22/2011 - WOW!!!!!!!!! Don't know exactly what I did or if I had a flush day of fat, but I woke up to -3.2lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!! Biggest loss ever!!!!!!!!!!! The only thing that concerns me now (after being so happy all day) is what I had for dinner...

Lunch;
grilled chicken, green beans

Snack:
apple

Dinner:
brisket, strawberries

I had about 5ozs of brisket so I am not sure how will I do on the scale tomorrow morning..
