Hi Carolina! Can you tell me more about your shake days? What phase are you using them in?
Morning Carolina1. thanks for the tip. I adjusted my pellet dose and felt a little better by breakfast. I felt bad again by lunch so in a panic I switched back to my drops by dinner. I knew the adjustment would work, but I was so hungry and felt so terrible that I could not work through it. So to save myself from giving up, I went back to drops. feeling better this morning. I also on a whim decided to head down to my local Ross Store last night to see what size I wear. Was energized to find I wear a size 10! I havent seen a size 10 since my early 20's! Ihad been wearing my baggy size 14 and 16 clothes all this time, knowing I lost weight but not knowing I was that small! I am going to stick it out through the rest of the phase 2 now. Excited to also share that my stubborn husband has finally resolved to get on baord! whoohoo! Thanks Carolina1 for being there. Have a great and successful day!
I'm New!
