Carry2010: On maintenance you did Primal? or Leptin? I'm curious because I've been having difficulty with maintenance. My weight creeps back, despite following Atkin's . Could you tell me what you did and why and did it work?

Ok I created an album on my profile with pics from before and after both rounds. They aren't the greatest but at least yu can see the difference. Gonna try to get better ones and try to find a way to get the before pic to rotate, my computer here at work wouldn't let me rotate

Thank you Carry for the info. I just wish I knew that my hair would not get too thin. I have been wearing it back in a ponytail and only trying to wash it every other day. If I knew it is was like losing hair after having children then I would be okay. I really think I am going to do a 21 day round. Hopefully come winter I will still have enough hair.

I want to figure out slowly what was causing the other gains. (It probably was that nasty shredded cheddar cheese.

How did I get here?

by Carry2010 on June 17th, 2011 at 07:53 PM
Less than a year ago when I heard about the hCG diet, I thought it mysterious at first. Then I learned about the injections. Oh, eek. Then I heard someone using a cream vs. the injections. Oh, that sounds better. Then I heard about the drops, but read how they might not be as effective.

Gathering Recipe URLs

Here's the scale I found at Target for $4.99 that will help me to learn what 100 grams looks like for the meat portion on P2. It was interesting I could not find it online at Target, but it was found exactly where the article says--in the kitchen area. It
