    Hi Carry,

    I am up 5 lbs over LIW though I know some of that is muscle. for sure and the rest is, I believe, water from having a full diet of carbs now. I am no longer on low carb. I guess I didn't do P3 correctly! LOL

    What does your diet look like now? Are you going to do another round?

    Thanks for the article on gluten! I will be reading that and I agree with you. I look forward to learning more.

    Oh I like the yogurt maker! How handy would that be!! Let me know if you get one and how it works, I may have to get one before my next P3 so I can finally have some good yogurt that hopefully won't dislike me

    I had seen somewhere on here that someone makes their own FAGE/greek yogurt also and was thinking maybe I should try that too but I won't need it for a while now since I am headed back into P2 on Monday.

    I accidentally bought the 0% thinking it was the right one and its disgusting no matter how much stevia or berrys you put in it. I am kind of bummed I didn't try out anything really cool while I was in P3/4 but I have just been to scared I would gain so I played it safe. Hopefully next P3/4 will be my last and I can then start gettign creative with cooking fun things like the mug cake. I need to find the almond and coconut flour everyone talks about and the coconut oil so I can make some of these fun things next round or and the xylitol for sweetner since everyone raves about that over the stevia.

Was considering starting hCG with a prescription cream late 2010, but prefer to avoid the $700 doctor fee. Ordered 2000IU, 43-day program from YourHCGDiet.com, administered subq in 2011.
o Completed third round early 2013.
o Dec 31, 2018, started 4th round after six months doxy got me way out of =2# LIW; tired of too tight bras & tight fitting pants that became a size bigger as result of doxy, plus giving up and in to temptations.

Happily married 26+ years with one daughter(25yo); two pets: house lions, Leo (7yo) & Andy (3yo).

This entry is more for me to be able to find the data, if needed later, but a health fair this week at the office allowed me to step on Baylor's fancy machine (Tanita) to get a body composition analysis. Here are my stats:

Correction day(s) helped

How is everyone? Three mornings of eggs/bacon and the last two days doesn't seem to be hurt by the eggs, so maybe I can assume eggs are safe/good for me. What should I add tomorrow? Cream? That is what I was thinking... and then try that for three days before adding the xylitol. Wait! Maybe I should add the xylitol tomorrow, and that way can have CC again. Now there's a thought! I want to figure out slowly what was causing the other gains. (It probably was that nasty shredded cheddar cheese.
