    Thank you tons. That was very thoughtful of you. It's so hard to get it out of your head to go ahead and eat all that fat and calories and not know that you will gain. In fact, I am simply afraid to eat now. Today is my day devoted to all this stuff (agreed that I have to do nothing else today but that from husband ) so, this is a good time to watch what you sent to me. Let's hang together on this one. BTW, where do you live (if you don't mind my asking) and do you have a FB page? Sindy
  2. Here are a couple things that have turned my thinking completely around for what I thought I knew as far as weight management, but you are going to have to take the time to read/listen and see if it makes sense to you.

    1) Gary Taubes book, 'Why We Get Fat.'

    The second one is about an hour, so be sure to listen when you have the time and are not distracted.

    Given this, I am going to try as hard as I know how to follow these ideas in P3/P4.... we'll see how it goes!

    Just wanted to check in and see how things were and are going for you ? As for me my weight on day 6 of VLCD has stopped dropping for 2 days but i'm not getting flustered just looking for solutions. Hope your sticking to it, and all is well.

    The graveyard shift i've worked for 6 months now..

    It will be very hard, but i've been sticking to the "T" so if I have literally a spoon (in some event's its disrespectful not to eat) full.. So I will do my best as I will be out from about 1pm til i'm not sure when I will be back.. Well, I don't think I have a specific weight. I'm guessing around 40lbs give or take a few. I need to do my morning walks, but when your driving home in the morning forcing your eyes open when one gets home walking is not the first thing on my mind.. lol..

    Hmm not sure of the brand, I purchased it off of ebay it also does BMI as well.

    I got home from this work this morning 8am ish I work the graveyard shift most nights.. and I drank plenty of water and even brought my apple from dinner that I did not eat.. anywho I didn't lose a pound I then went to bed for a few hours and woke up and the scale budged slightly.

    It was pretty comical I had a bunch of 100 calorie snacks in my overnight bag for work and handed them all to my co-worker he looked at me and I said.. I do not want to be tempted.
    The only horrible thing is i'm going to a religious event on saturday where the Cuban food is going to drive me insane and then going to another event where the creole food is going to be all over.. If I fail .. can I do a steak day to drop the weight off quickly.. I am going to try hard but.. i don't know about being around all that LOOOOoooove!!! lol

    P.s. I confirmed my mixture and its ok, and i'm doing 40 units via insulin syringe and i'm doing just fine for now..

    I am on p4. Back to p2 in early august. I am enjoying different p4 foods this time. Last time I really did p3 not p4 out of fear. Weight isnt as stable as last time but I just do a clean day or fff day and it drops off. What about u?

o Completed third round early 2013.
o Dec 31, 2018, started 4th round after six months doxy got me way out of =2# LIW; tired of too tight bras & tight fitting pants that became a size bigger as result of doxy, plus giving up and in to temptations.

This entry is more for me to be able to find the data, if needed later, but a health fair this week at the office allowed me to step on Baylor's fancy machine (Tanita) to get a body composition analysis. Here are my stats:

Correction day(s) helped

How is everyone? Three mornings of eggs/bacon and the last two days doesn't seem to be hurt by the eggs, so maybe I can assume eggs are safe/good for me. What should I add tomorrow? Cream? That is what I was thinking... and then try that for three days before adding the xylitol. Wait! Maybe I should add the xylitol tomorrow, and that way can have CC again. Now there's a thought! I want to figure out slowly what was causing the other gains. (It probably was that nasty shredded cheddar cheese.
