Today's Weight: 169.2
So things have been going pretty well lately. Finally was able to break through the 170s and have now lost almost 23 pounds!
Cycling is going really well, 2 weeks on P2, 1 week on P3. But lately I've actually been using muscle testing A LOT to determine what I should be doing and eating. To be fair, that's 2 pounds in 2 days, but seems pretty dismal! However, there is one factor that I am SURE was why I didn't lose the pound I had hoped for: Coconut Cream Concentrate. OMG, I am in love with this stuff! I literally had between 1/2 and 2/3 cup of Coconut Cream, whoops! It has a similar consistency to nut butter and it is delicious! Weight: 176.0
Considering I cheated on Friday night, and weighed myself on Saturday morning and was 176.8 and then ate crappy all weekend, I guess my two corrective days in a row worked. Got on the scale this morning for the first time since Saturday, just praying that I was under 180 pounds. So I was very happy with the 176.0.

It was not a good weekend. One of the guys in my boyfriend's unit was killed by an IED in Afghanistan on Saturday, and I pretty much went downhill from there. They've only been there 3 weeks---definitely makes it real. I ate like CRAP all weekend, and I'm on P2! Just trying to find my motivation again. I did a steak day yesterday and I'm doing a Fage day today, and then still gonna wait a day or two until I weigh in. Haven't weighed in since Saturday morning. I am worried.
