  1. Hi Cassanina! I'm definitely not at goal, and with my wedding/honeymoon, I'll definitely be returning straight to P2 when I come back from my mini-honeymoon. I have half a bottle of my large hhcg bottle left, placed in the fridge, and hope it will still be good/enough for like 2 weeks of P2. Then I'll properly do the transition. How's your journey coming along?
  2. Hi Cassanina! Thank you for giving me your opinion about my 'cheat' days. What you're saying makes sense, so I'll likely do what you're recommending. I'll try to be as P3 as much as possible, but how can I not have a piece of my wedding cake (even if it'll only be 2-3 bites)?! Thank you, thank you!

    I am at the very same weight today, as you are. However, I'm on day 18 (I think it is) of R1P2. It's been going okay, but I (like everyone else), have food issues. I also have emotional attachments to food, like I'm a total stress eater and am married to a man that keeps things pretty stressed. I always look forward to him going back to work (he works 7days and is off). Any ways, the best to you on this round and don't look back! RJ

Update---finally below 170 and over 20 pounds lost!

Today's Weight: 169.2

So things have been going pretty well lately. Finally was able to break through the 170s and have now lost almost 23 pounds!

Cycling is going really well, 2 weeks on P2, 1 week on P3. But lately I've actually been using muscle testing A LOT to determine what I should be doing and eating. Mmmmmm, Coconut Cream....

To be fair, that's 2 pounds in 2 days, but seems pretty dismal! However, there is one factor that I am SURE was why I didn't lose the pound I had hoped for: Coconut Cream Concentrate. Pleasantly surprised on the scale today...

Considering I cheated on Friday night, and weighed myself on Saturday morning and was 176.8 and then ate crappy all weekend, I guess my two corrective days in a row worked. Got on the scale this morning for the first time since Saturday, just praying that I was under 180 pounds. So I was very happy with the 176.0.

Where has my motivation gone??

It was not a good weekend. One of the guys in my boyfriend's unit was killed by an IED in Afghanistan on Saturday, and I pretty much went downhill from there. They've only been there 3 weeks---definitely makes it real. I ate like CRAP all weekend, and I'm on P2! Just trying to find my motivation again. I did a steak day yesterday and I'm doing a Fage day today, and then still gonna wait a day or two until I weigh in. Haven't weighed in since Saturday morning. I am worried.
