I decided not to blog about my 9th day in this round because I didn't lose any weight. I am not sure if I should attribute that to the fact that I went walking for almost two hours, which my pace is equivalent to a light job, to my shampoo and conditioner, or deodorant. If anyone has any tips on that, can you please fill me in... I am also curious as to the effects of the amount of water I drink which is roughly about a gallon. Needless to say, very disappointed in yesterday mornings weigh in,
Today has been a great day! Weigh in was -2.2 lbs! Which means the pound I had gained during my lapse into sugar land is gone, along with an extra lb to boot! Back on track towards my 25 lb weight loss. It is very encouraging to hear of the success others have had and that is what is motivating me right now! I made the mistake of telling a friend about being on this diet, and received the response: why are you on a diet? You don't need to be on one. Needless to say, watching my tongue from now on.
I love this diet, but am having a hard time resisting the urge to eat chocolate. Maybe I am starting to think I dropped to much at once, Facebook, chocolate, energy drinks, and alcohol. lol Oh well, I want a new me! I did cave in last night and bought some reeses easter peanut butter eggs. Scale went up a pound today. : (
