  1. I'm getting bored with just chicken and the steak out here has too much fat so I've had to look for alternatives. By far, ostrich is the best (taste, tender, etc). And the alligator is still sitting in the fridge.

I did a shake at lunch yesterday - success! 1 1/2 scoops of Whey Protein Isolate with 1/2 lemon and Xylitol. I'm down .8 - YEAH!

I'm envious as I'm SO missing cheese. Especially cottage cheese with avocado, tomatoes, green olives, and feta. I can eat just that combo all day long. Throw in a glass of white wine and I'm in heaven :-)

Hmm, hadn't considered alligator...love it fried, but I guess that would be true of most things, huh? Hence the reason I'm here Your losses look good though, so that's awesome! Sadly, I miss P2 and it's limitations...at least I knew what to expect! Oh well, enjoying my cheese for now
  3. Me too on the cooking! Yesterday I tried shakes because I couldn't face chicken for dinner as I'd had it for lunch. So I thawed alligator but when I opened the package it was too fatty (or something - not sure what that stuff is :-D

My losses for the week went 2.6, 2.4, 2.6 - and kerthunked at .4 this morning (the morning after the shakes). Darn. Would it be that quick?

That's my plan! I seem to be getting in enough at this point...but I have to say, I'm really tired of cooking, lol. Never thought I'd say that!
  5. The bit about not eating enough calories is was my worry - and to resolve that what happens? We eat too much! But you'll do fine I'm sure. So many get through this diet beautifully.

Yeah, I fear that may be my struggle! We'll see how things are after the weekend
  7. I have a love hate relationship with P3. I love the first three days but hate having to recover from the whoopie of adding more foods in ;-)

So far so good! Just started P3, so I'm trying to take it slow...and I'm with ya, not a big fan of the summer months! Too hot to enjoy anything outside
  9. Hey ya :-) I'm doing good. Just waiting for the hot season to be over! You?

I started with homeopathic drops, switched to Rx sublingual, then ended with homeopathic pellets. If I had to do it over again I'd go with pellets. And I'd cycle.

A plausible theory on how reshaping works

This sounds so right that I just had to post it here as a reminder.

Day eleven, a day of temptation

by Catthai on April 20th, 2011 at 03:53 PM
Yesterday was a day of temptation. My grocery store had artichokes and I ALMOST convinced my cheating mind to buy them. Heck. In my mind I practically had them cooked and scooping up mayo! I got over it by going for prawns, crab claws, and strawberries instead.

I didn't take my drops last night and I'm not hungry this morning so a drop in drops looks to be needed.

What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: Coffee with milk
Lunch: Chicken w mustard, tomato
