    Hello:
    Just seeing how all is with you. I hope well.
    I think I learned something, If I sleep ALOT I lose alot , if I sleep a little , I lose little or nothing. Is this weird?
    7 lbs to go, don't think I'll make it this round but that's okay.

    I would search for that question on this tool bar on this forumn cuz there are others in your spot. Iheard the hcg is still working esp. if your clothes fit better and when it lets go you will see , maybe, a significant loss.
    Are you have BM's. If not, search that too. I use Smooth MOve but theres also a product by poopdoc. (search it here)
    I agree, if you are paying dr.'s it should be working.
    Also, you could send a personal message to one of the moderators here, they seem to know more than any dr. is one. She knows alot.
    I cannot stress enuff to use the search engine on this site, I'm sure others have your situation
    I feel for you cuz you just started and I'm so glad you arent discouraged. Stick to it, you will lose. Ask the dr. if your dose needs adnusting, especially if you feel hungry then you def. need adjusting. Take care Oh, I gained a half a pound today so... it happens.

    Hi:
    Worried about you. Hope all is well. OOps , forgot that other pple have a life and they go OUT ON THE WKNDS.
    I always think I"m hungry after I have my first meal and I found something that stemss the cravings for about an hour(maybe more) , boil water and add salt, pepper, garlic and onion pwdr and cayenne, pour in a mug and sip, its tasly and it helps alot.
    I didnt lose anything today but may be because I had no BM. Thats all worked out now.

    Hey:
    wanna let you know you inspired me with the pea pwdr protein. Iused it in chard soup for dinner with, onion and garlic pwdr, cayenne, salt and pepper. It was so good, I feel like I cheated.

    Hello:
    I believe yesterday, Sunday was your first VLCD. How was it?
    Mine is today.
    I gained 2 lbs on my 2 loading days and at soy cheese, tofurky and avacados.

    The lst 2 days on hcg made me sleepy, that was weird. Seem okay now.

    I was able to exercise on load days, we will see if I can on low low diet, if not, I'll do yoga and crunches.

I have adjusted my smoothie. No fat. 2 scoops of protein, allow, spinach, blueberries and strawberries. I split it into 4 and I had Vegas whole food optimizer...just 1/2 of a serving.

I will get this worked out.

My book from the dr said to go ahead and workout. The nurse said if I did that I better add some more food. I am not sure.

I started at 158.2 and I am now at 159.2. I am ready for some of this weight loss everyone else is enjoying!
