LOL!! Yes, it's me! Believe it or not.
People who really should know me well-like my boss-don't recognize me. Hmm. I only see him a few times a year, but still. I've worked for him for 10 years!

Thanks, Champ. This protocol has been amazing. I've been a big boy off and on (mostly on) for all my life. I was about 165 with I got married 16 years ago and gained 30 pounds in less than a year. I have looked back since. My heaviest was 254 in February of this year. Your losses are AWESOME. Keep up the good work.
