Are you still out there? How are you doing?

How are you doing? Have you started back or have you decided to try something different? I'm still going. I started my period this past weekend and I read you continue the drops but stop counting days. If I count the days, I'm at Day 43. I've gone much longer than I expected. I've only lost 23 lbs, well as of this morning. Hopefully when my period stops I will see a drop. I've read you can go 60 days. Wondering do I want to continue and try to lose max that I can or phase off and do another round in a 3 weeks.

Well thought I'd touch base and see how you ate doing.

Well if figured I was going to stop today because I've said if I gain I'm done. We went to see Harry potter last night. Super long line had to get there early and I cracked.....ATE POPCORN. Didn't have a ton but didn't last time and I gained a pound. I was ok with it, my head I think is ready for a break. Got up this morning prepared to weigh and stop. Got up weighed my self and I was down over a pound! I guess my body starting to readjust so I don't gain after a minor indiscretion. It's bitter sweet. I was kind of ready to stop but can't stop as long as losing since not at my 20 lbs yet.

How was your weekend? I hope you had success as well. If you discover some tasty meal choices would love to hear!

Well ceased a bit yesterday and am up a pound. I was afraid I would yesterday. Wondering how much will set me back. Not sure if going to stop drops like original plan or continue another week......hmmm decisions

I did very well this holiday weekend except had a little bit of frosting and things like that but I did
great! How about u? I havent lost anything since Friday though which irritates me a little but I have
to keep positive plus my TOM is suppose to come like tomorrow or today so I think thats what has
been holding me back on the scale, at least my clothes fit now

How are you doing? Still losing? I lost 1.5 lbs yesterday but none today. I think it was because I ate Chinese.....steamed chicken and snow peas with soy. I kind of knew when I was eating it. But hey today is a new day
