Having done 2 extreme diets in the past, I am no stranger to hunger and the rewards it brings. In 2005 (27yrs old) I had 55+ pounds to loose. I did the Atkins and worked out nearly 90 minutes a day. In 6 months I was down from 175 to 112. I felt fantastic. I was an entire new person. I kept it off till about early 2007. By late 2007 I was back up to 150. Again did the Atkins, worked out 90 minutes a day 6 days a week and got down to 105 by May 2008. I then went into "Sabotage Self Mode"
