    Chooseyourhard, I'm really not sure what my plan is at the moment. I am on VLCD 42 right now and I have decided to stay in P2 for as long as I can stand it (or 3-4 more weeks, whichever comes first). It bothered me that no one seemed to really be able to answer my question, but I think (I hope) that a lot of people on this board have never been able to lose weight with anything but hcg. It's the only thing that's ever worked for them. Me, I've always been able to lose weight just fine, I just decided to do the hcg because I wanted it off FAST and that was what really appealed to me about the hcg. My other thought is that people that did do a round of hcg, then lost the rest of their weight sucessfully by exercising and CICO, probably have had no reason to ever return to this board, so that's maybe why the "crickets were chirping" when I asked my question. I certainly hope this is the case. I would hate to think that I could never lose weight again without hcg. That really scares me!

    I would not attempt to lose weight during P3, but let your body get used to the weight you've lost and then trying losing a bit in P4 instead. P4 can be a challenge if people are not willing to accept a change in their eating habits in order to maintain their weight. If they go back to the same old ways, they are bound to gain weight back.

    I think I will just walk and do Yoga and see how I do. I would rather run and do Zumba and some barre but I am so afraid of stalling.

    I am doing the drops. I think I am ready and I feel very determined. I use to be able to loose pretty easily but anymore it is like pulling teeth just to get a pound or two off. How are you feeling so far? Any hunger?

    So tomorrow is your first load day? I am starting on Tuesday. I cant wait to get started. I weigh 170 and my goal is 145. I would be happy with 15 for this first round though. It usually takes me 15 weeks to loose 15 pounds so I would be estatic to loose that much in 30 days. How about you what are your goals?

Tired of food.

Welp, here we are. Saturday March 19th and my third loading day. I woke up this morning and was originally going to begin the VLCD but decided to load again, because I barely ate anything yesterday (but what I did eat was pretty fattening)

Yum. So far....I ate granola, yogurt (which was fat free, oops), a banana, an apple.........dang I should probably eat some more fats ! I just....really like bananas, what's a girl to do? Oh and I had a turkey sandwich with chips. And twelve grain
